Our terms of business include the following:
We require a deposit of 50% of the cost of the funeral or payment of disbursements, whichever is the higher, to be paid at least 3 working days before the funeral.
The final balance must be paid within 2 months after the funeral. A late payment surcharge of £25 per month is applied after the due date.
If payment of the final invoice is an issue, we may make an arrangement to pay. If the balance is not paid, we may engage a third-party company to collect the balance on our behalf, who may also add fees, charges and interest.
At the company’s discretion, we may require full payment of the funeral costs in advance.
