There are a number of options for environmentally friendly funerals.

You may choose to have an environmentally friendly coffin made from renewable or recycled materials. There are green burial sites where only eco-friendly coffins are allowed and trees are planted instead of having stone memorials.

We can arrange horse-drawn funerals if so requested.

We are always mindful of our client’s needs so please discuss any requirements with your Funeral Director.

C. W. Lyons tries to make sure all of our standard coffins are made from as many renewable materials as possible. Our burial coffins are biodegradable and our cremation coffins are designed to be as harmless as possible when cremated.
